Age Restriction and Alcohol Sales

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or purchase alcoholic beverages. Bleu Wine & Spirits and its associated services are exclusively for individuals aged 21 and over. Those under 21 are strictly prohibited from using this website or its services.

When a delivery is made, an adult aged 21 or older with valid government-issued identification must be present to sign for the package. We cannot leave packages unattended or deliver them to anyone under the legal drinking age.

Bleu Wine & Spirits does not sell alcohol to minors. By proceeding, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We make every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone under 21. Your use of this site signifies your acknowledgment that the person receiving any alcoholic shipment from Bleu Wine & Spirits is 21 or older. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Bleu Wine & Spirits is for personal consumption only and not for resale. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

Online Order Support & Shipping

At Bleu Wine & Spirits, providing excellent customer service for your online experience is our priority. Our dedicated team is available to assist you with order inquiries from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We aim to respond to emails within 24-48 business hours. Please note that our team does not work weekends; emails received after 5:00 PM PST on Friday will be addressed on the next business day. For assistance, email us at info@bleuspiritsandwine.com. Our in-store staff cannot assist with online orders unless it pertains to store pickup or local delivery.

Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please be aware that order fulfillment depends on product availability. Bleu Wine & Spirits reserves the right to modify or cancel orders in case of stock issues. If an item is out of stock, we may hold your order for up to 7 days (including processing time) to allow for restocking. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or carrier hold locations. Remember, an adult over 21 must be present to sign for the package(s).

While we aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Orders might ship from various locations and could arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number. Please monitor your email for multiple tracking numbers. An adult over 21 must sign for all packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Due to alcohol shipment regulations, once your package is with the carrier, we cannot change the address. If you contact the carrier to redirect the package, you assume full liability for any loss, theft, or damage. If redirected to a hold location, you are responsible for confirming that location accepts alcohol shipments. Should a package be returned due to an unapproved hold location or an address change made directly with the carrier, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, a return fee, and potential restocking fees.

Returns Policy

If a product is returned to Bleu Wine & Spirits, a refund will be issued for the item(s) provided they are undamaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A return fee of $15 per box will apply, and a restocking fee of up to 10% may be charged at our discretion. Engraved orders are non-refundable if returned. If you are unavailable to sign for a package, and it is damaged after delivery attempts or during its return transit, you will be held responsible. Our Package Protection does not cover these specific scenarios.

Claims Process

If you dispute carrier delivery attempts despite tracking confirmation, the liability rests with the carrier. We will assist by filing a claim, though resolution is not guaranteed. If a signature is disputed, we will file a claim with the carrier. If the carrier validates the signature, we cannot be held liable. Claims typically take about 14 business days to resolve. Claims adhere to carrier guidelines, and most do not assume full liability for alcohol shipments due to state laws; approved claims may be capped at a limited value. If an item is missing but not reported by the carrier, we will file claims with both the carrier and our insurance provider, but reimbursement is not guaranteed. All claims must be submitted within 5 business days. Redirecting your package to another address or hold location after shipment voids your package protection.

Wine Orders

Wine is highly sensitive to temperature. We recommend selecting expedited shipping for wine orders, especially during warm weather. While we store wines under optimal conditions, the flavor and character of older vintages may naturally evolve and therefore cannot be returned. Customers are advised to monitor local weather conditions before placing wine orders.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement during business days. After this initial 24-hour period, cancellations may incur a 5% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with preparing and processing your order. We strive to accommodate our customers and appreciate your understanding of this policy. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders that include engraving services cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Engraving Services

You are responsible for any grammatical or spelling errors submitted with your engraving order. The placement of the engraving is at the sole discretion of our engraver. Please note that engraved items require additional processing time.

Processing Times & Shipping Options

Choosing expedited shipping (e.g., Overnight) does not bypass our standard order processing times. All orders are processed sequentially.

Packaging Variations

We aim to accurately represent all products, including their packaging. However, packaging and sizes may vary due to changes by distributors and manufacturers beyond our control. Post-COVID policy changes have allowed 700ml bottle sizes in the U.S., and suppliers may alter formats without notice. While we make every effort to update product images and sizing promptly, packaging variations can include label changes, box removals, and bottle size adjustments. To inform you of potential variations, each product listing includes a notice that packaging may differ. We do not guarantee specific packaging or batch numbers based on images. Please contact us directly for specific inquiries. Prices are subject to change without notice, based on distributor availability, regional regulations, and taxation.

Package Protection Policy

At Bleu Wine & Spirits, we understand the importance of your purchases arriving safely. That’s why we offer an optional Protection Policy at checkout to guard against loss, theft, or damage during transit, once confirmed with the carrier. This protection is included unless you manually deselect it. If you choose to decline this protection, you will receive a warning outlining the risks of unprotected shipping, and by doing so, you accept full responsibility for your shipment. Bleu Wine & Spirits photographs and inspects every product upon receipt from distributors and again before shipping. Our packaging is carrier-certified.

In the event of damage to your order, the Package Protection provider requires pictures and proof for potential reimbursement. Claims must be submitted with photo documentation within 5 business days; claims submitted after this period will be void.

Damage to the box or seal caused by our protective packaging materials is not covered by our protection policy. Our primary goal is to ensure the safety of the bottle and its contents. For questions about product packaging or our packing process, please contact customer service. While certain products may be considered collectibles and desired in perfect condition, minor damages to boxes or labels during shipping are beyond our control.

Leakage from ceramic bottles is not covered. Handmade ceramic bottles may have inherent variations that increase the likelihood of leakage during transit. While we take precautions, these variations are part of handmade items and fall outside our protection policy. If you have concerns about ceramic bottle packaging or potential leakage, please contact our customer service team.

For leakage from non-ceramic bottles, a full refund is not guaranteed, but we can offer some reimbursement for affected items due to the inconvenience. We take precautions to securely package products, but occasional leakage can occur. If you experience leakage, contact our customer service team and provide pictures. We will work with you to address the issue and provide appropriate reimbursement.

Insurance resolutions may take time; please allow 2-4 weeks for resolution. Note that state laws vary, and not all claims are approved.
